Hi there...haha, hope the first two words of my post coincides with the first two words of the song on my blog. Hey, post your comments about the song on my tag board. There are lotsa people who read my blog and don't tag! -.-" lolz...pls do, i really want to know who's reading.
Today was pretty usual, it was so tempting to stay in bed for a few more minutes this morning. It was about 7 degress this morning, fReeZing COLD! And i was all warm, fuzzy and comfy under the blankets on my soft bed. It was the first time going to school from my new house. Jerusha and i had to take a new train line called the "Glen Waverley Line". Takes about 45-55 minutes to get to my school from my new house. I left my house at 7.05 and i got to school by 8.05. So that was pretty accurate. haha!
School was fun today, I had my swimming trials! Everyone in my year level had to do the 100 metres of swimming, and the cream of the crop would be selected to swim for their respective houses for the upcoming swimming carnival. I clocked in at 36.94 secs. I didn't really like that time, it's considered as excellent, but there were a few people getting 35 secs. Amazingly, there was a dude that clocked in at 31 secs! haha! he's a torpedo! Although i would love a good time, i'm kindda reluctant to swim for my house in the swimming competition. 2 reasons.
1. Cuz i don't like wearing my school trunks.
2. Cuz i lost my school trunks and i don't feel like buying new ones.
I reckon those are pretty good reasons.... haha!
Oh yea, i was really looking forward to my double period of Psychology at the end of the school day. My teacher wasn't the "Wise" kind that i was expecting, she was kindda...noobish. haha, so to speak. Well, she's not that bad...just that...she doesn't look professional. Well, tomorrow, we're gonna learn how to read into people's hand writing, and i reckon that's gonna be a rocker! I'm so excited about Psychology...don't really know why though, i just have a passion for it.
Haiz...i really miss my relatives and friends back in Singapore. Can't wait to go back again...haiz...anyways, my grandmum is returning to Australia soon! Yipee! i hope she'll be impressived with what we've done with the new house. haha, she's got her own comfy room. I sure hope she likes it.
Alright, i've gtg do some work now. Enjoy your day! and thanks for reading! God Bless!

Fungus Rungus!
First day of living in my new house, in my comfortable and cosy room. Oh, i really love my soft, tender bed. haha, i couldn't really take myself out of bed this morning, took me about 7 minutes to get off the comfy bed. haha, had a rather busy day today. Went to church early in the morning, had a great time of worship. The speaker today was an awesome evangelist, one of the best i've seen. He was a rather jumbled up accent though, a little aussie, a tinge of american and a majority of British.
After the service we went to Ikea. I couldn't believe how huge the building was! it was literally 40 metres high and about a hectare in area. We had Swedish meatballs, accompanied with creamy sauce and strawberry jam, for lunch. It was like a Sweet. haha, it was terrific. Excellent flavour and a splendid taste! haha, really enjoyed it.
Anyways, you must be wondering what Fungus(the title of this post) stands for. Well, it's the name of the youth group Jerusha and i are currently attending. Today was the first service of the new year and also, it's opening ceremony. However, Jerusha slept at 12am the previous night and was feeling pretty tired. So, she was reluctant to go...eventually she had a lecture from my parents about the importance of making good Christian friends in Australia. I listened in as my parents went on and on about making a good network here in Australia and stuff like that. haha, probably the fifth time i've heard this lecture.
There we were in the Fungus meeting room, swarmed with 80 other youths! haha, Jerusha conceeded to my parents. Well, we actually enjoyed it pretty much. Except that the worship was a little off. The music and songs were so loud that i could really hear myself singing. haha! anyways, there were humourous video clips and very nice MTVs. haha! I made some new friends, but i've not really made an effort to get to know them well yet. Hope to do that the next time i'm there.
Well, i'm using my new laptop right now. Thank God for it. My parents got it for me for school work and stuff. Right now, my dad, mum and i have laptops and my sis has a CPU. So, i can say that my family's a pretty high-tech one. haha, thank God.
I was really surprised when i went online on MSN. i saw Dawn online, haha, first time i've seen her online. That was really cool, we had a good chat, hope she can solve that prob of hers. Sha and i will be going to Uncle Steven's house tonight for dinner and for the Finals of the Australian Open! haha! that'll be thrilling- Safin VS Hewitt. I'm going for Hewitt!
God Bless!

New Room
Feels like i'm typing from one of the cyber-cafes in heaven. I'm so happy, contented and satistified with the new room i've got. Finally, a room to myself, without Jerusha. haha, not that she's bad or anything. It just feels good to have your own room. And everything in it belongs to me. haha, it really looks cool. You peeps HAVE gotta come to my house if you ever visit Melbourne. lolz.. I couldn't blog yesterday because i was busy packing, also, the computer had to be packed up as well. So, i couldn't get onto the internet. But thank God that my Dad got the internet up in my new house. haha, that's almost like a miracle. I was expecting to strive for a week or so without the internet.
Today was an extremely tough day. Everyone in the house woke up early, at 6+, to get ready for the moving. The movers were expected to arrive at 8am, however, they were 15minutes late. After some final packing, the stuff was carried off into this enormous container connected to a huge truck. haha, it was really huge. The movers were charging 70 bucks and hour, and to me, that's a reasonable price. However, there were only two movers that came, and they were kindda like...slacking away. haha, probably trying ta delay the time. And that's not all, one of the movers had a really bad temper. Halfway through the moving process, he got so pissed off because people were obstructing his movement, that he blew his top off at us. haha, what a loser. He threatened to just walk off without completing the job. lolz..fine, we wouldn't have paid him then. Nevertheless, he continued, and the whole moving process took 4 hours. haha, what a long time. I was completely shagged out after that.
The house looked totally different with the furniture in. It looked much nicer, more comforatable and homey. haha, almost everything was in boxes though, and we had to get to work unpacking all the boxes. I was really tired, but the thought of decorating and furbishing my room revitalised me and i was extremely enthusiastic. haha, i spent about 4-5 hours unpacking all the boxes in my room. Setting up the shelf, bed, desk, sound system, etc. haha, i love my sound system. It just rox! lolz...Then, i started putting books on the shelves and clothes into the right places. haha, it all looks very neat now. The best thing of all, is that i get my own laptop! haha! cool yea? Thank God and thanks dad! The next thing i'm gonna do is to frame up some pictures and make a really really fabulous fully-decorated shelf. I'm really excited about my new room.
Just wanna thank God for helping with the moving process and for giving us such a good house to live in. I made some new friends in school yesterday, got to know some old friends better. Got to see Matt, Jack, Tat, Phil and Paul, but we didn't really yalk much though. It was really great. I love my teachers, but i think i've gotta get back into work mode and concentrate on my studies. I don't wanna slip up this year. I'm gonna finish the year well, hoping to be in the top 1% of my school. haha.. the music that i just put up isn't really that good. But it was all i could find after 2 hours of serious searching. haha, Hope you guys enjoy my blog, and tag me! God Bless!

New Beginning
Think about the last time you've had fun.
Well, it was fun...you've got memories. But that's all that's left.
It's been a while since i've last blogged and i really miss it. How are you peeps doing? haha, 2 weeks since i returned from a splendid trip to my homeland Singapore. And i must say, i thoroughly enjoyed it, i really miss it even now, and i'm really looking forward to going back again. haha! Sounds like a platitude, but it's true.
The 5 weeks i spent in Singapore is like a souvenior that i've brought back to Australia, an enormous container filled with fun and lovely memories. I remember on the plane to Singapore, i told my sis that i was gonna kiss the ground once we get there. haha, fear not, cuz i did not. haha! I must say these 5 weeks were the best 5 weeks of the 13 years i've been in SG.
Of my time there, i must say, i've got to know my friends more and i've even made some new friends! haha, the person whom i was dying to meet was than the person that could capture and keep the heart of the cunning hamster, none other than Roy. He's a GREAT and hUmOuRoUs friend to have, haha, makes me laugh lots.
And i won't forget the last day of the church camp, Kay, Lyd, Adele and i were the remnant of the lot that tried to keep their eyes open till the dawn of a new day. haha, we went to the beach at about 5am in the morning. The wind was blistering and the sky was pitch black. We couldn't even see each other. haha, so we sat under a pavillion and had a little chat. I really caught up lots with Key especially. I got to know her a lot better. Adele and Lyd didn't talk much, for some reason. But it was fun. However, the sun was being obstructed by an overcast sky. haha, so much for that, a memorable memory. haha!
When i went back to Singapore, i never knew that i would make another great friend. Met this friend at a gathering organised by my father and his good old friends, school mates in the early 70s? haha... her name's Dawn, she's kind, considerate and smart. A really good friend to have. Don't know why she keeps daoing me though. haha! I won't forget the time that we spent together.
Not at the very least of importance, actually, the most of importance, (haha) good old Jocelyn. Didn't spend a lot of time with ya but i really enjoyed having supper while talking to you about life. Don't know what's gotten into you, nothing bad, but...things are starting to get complicated. Whatever the case, thanks for being there for me, for being a listening ear and a concerning heart. The next time we talk, you'll do the talking and i'll do the listening. haha! and thanks for seeing sha and i off!
Jeremy Lim, Goh and Sam. Three of my dearest friends. haha, we've really been through a lot together. I apologise for not meeting up more with you guys, and i wanna say sorry for the trouble caused at East Coast. Haha, despite that, i really enjoyed your company. I really treasure our friendship. Hope to see you guys this Dec again, and we can have a NO-GALS party. haha! It's a pity that i couldn't meet Jia Xuan, Shuan and Shawn though. haiz...
And mmy good neighbours and friends. Try, Daryl and Justin. Haha, it's been really fun catching up with you guys. We really had lots of fun in that soccer tournament played in the rain. haha, i really enjoyed playing along side you guys although we didn't win. And i'm really happy to see Daryl and Troy mature. haha! Justin's so tall now. But u just wait and see, i'll catch up with ya. lolz...Hope to play soccer with you dudes again!
I must not forget Nat. Thanks for introducing me to your mates and inviting me for that game of soccer. I really enjoyed myself. Haha, and you dislocated your wrist on that day too, that'll serve as a bookmark. haha! just joking, i can still remember the worried look on Victoria's face. lolz...gotten to know you much more.
Tab, Sha, Lyd and Dah. Always talking in the room into the wee hours of the night. Unbelieveable, how you gals can talk continuously for such a long period of time. Wonder what you gals are talking about. haha, Tab, it's nice to know how much you've changed and matured What delights me even more is how much more you want to change. Keep it up couz!
I've been expecting hell on my return to Australia, but i think what i got was more than hell. haha, i'm glad that it's all over now and i'm just doing some recounting. There was tons and tons of renovation work to do at the new house that we bought. My parents decided to do self-renovation, which was a means to save money i guess. haha, we have to paint window sills, doors walls, ceilings etc. It was really tough work. Jerusha and i started work the day after we arrived in Australia(how lucky can we get?), haha, worked from 2pm till 7. 5 straight hours of painting. But that was not just to be, we continued painting every day averaging about 7-8 hours a day. I could still remember, on one day, we worked from 2pm-11pm. haha!
Well, everythings coming into place now. The house looks like a second heaven. Your mood gets lifted high up into the sky the moment you step into it. The bright coloured carpets and walls just gives your spirit a boost and refreshes you mind. haha, i really love my house now, especially after all the hard work i've put into it. Days of sheer toil and torture. haha! Thank God!
I spent most of today packing the stuff in my room. Getting ready to move all the stuff over to the new house. Hope the moving process will go smoothly this Saturday. School's starting tomorrow, and i reckon it beats doing chores at home. However, i have mixed feelings now. I wanna make a new start to the new year, be attentive in class and make many new friends(good friends). On the other hand, i feel kindda unsure about being able to make many new friends. I'll be going to a new class with only 2 people that i know. haha, it'll be a challenge. But it'll be one that i'll take on with the Lord by my side. Cheers!
